If you wish to inquire, correct, or delete the personal information provided by the user, please request it from the contact information. With the exception of the case where the request will significantly hinder our business duties, after verifying the request is actually from the user, we will disclose, revise or delete the information within a reasonable period of time.
The Company will comply with laws and regulations related to the protection of personal information. In addition, this policy will be reviewed by Japanese law and other standards. This policy establishes the basic policy regarding the handling of personal information of the Company, and in accordance with this policy, the Company strives to protect personal information based on laws and regulations such as the Personal Information Protection Law.
The company takes measures to prevent unauthorized access to, loss, destruction, manipulation or leakage of personal information. The company has established a system and takes the appropriate measures to guarantee accuracy and security of personal information. People other than the office staff that handle personal information are not allowed to enter the office. Along with training of all employees in protection of personal information, and administrator has been assigned to control handling of such information.
We continually review and improve our efforts to protect personal information in order to respond to changes in laws, handling methods, and societal changes that Japan must follow.
